“We live in a world where we are conditioned to overthink, procrastinate, and make excuses. We spend too much time in our minds and not enough time in our hearts. Listen to your heart and what it wants to be doing, then take action to make that happen.”
Emily Rodger

Emily is a Certified Executive Coach, public speaker, and television host, working with leaders, entrepreneurs and organizations to elevate performance, strengthen leadership, and create more aligned and intentional lives.

A graduate of Royal Roads University and credentialed through the International Coaching Federation, Emily brings a grounded, results-oriented approach to coaching. She believes coaching is a true partnership, one where clients are challenged, supported, and held accountable as they step into their full capacity. Her work focuses on building self-awareness, navigating complexity, strengthening communication, and leading with clarity and conviction.

Emily works with a wide range of clients, including CEOs, senior leaders, entrepreneurs, and high performers across industries. While their roles may differ, they share a common desire to lead more effectively, live more intentionally, and create meaningful impact in both their work and their lives.

Her approach to coaching is shaped by an unconventional path. As a former elite athlete, Emily is a two-time UCI Gran Fondo World Champion in both road race and time trial, as well as a Canadian Masters National Time Trial Champion. Her athletic career was marked not only by success, but by significant adversity, including two life-altering cycling accidents that resulted in serious injuries and a traumatic brain injury. These experiences deeply inform her work today, particularly in the areas of resilience, adaptability and navigating uncertainty.

In addition to her coaching work, Emily is the host of the television series Atlantic Pursuits, where she explores outdoor adventure, community and culture across Atlantic Canada. She is also a globally travelled angler and travel host, leading experiences in remote and challenging environments around the world. These experiences continue to shape her perspective on leadership, presence and the value of stepping outside of one’s comfort zone.

As a speaker, Emily is known for her candid, engaging and thought-provoking style, drawing on her experiences in sport, business and travel to inspire individuals and teams to take action, embrace challenge and lead with intention.

In 2025, Emily was named one of the 25 Most Powerful Women in Business by Atlantic Business Magazine.

Joy is not found in everything going your way, more trophies, or the picture-perfect life.
Instead joy is found when we stop chasing that circumstantial happiness and set our minds on something greater.
