“We live in a world where we are conditioned to overthink, procrastinate, and make excuses. We spend too much time in our minds and not enough time in our hearts. Listen to your heart and what it wants to be doing, then take action to make that happen.”
Emily Rodger

Emily is a former elite athlete, avid fly fisher, and Certified Executive Coach through Royal Roads University. She’s credentialed through the International Coaching Federation and is also a certified health and athletic coach.

Emily believes executive coaching is a partnership where she holds her clients capable of being the expert in their own lives. She acts as a sounding board to assist her clients in uncovering their potential, clarifying goals, increasing self-awareness, and optimizing their performance, both personally and professionally.

Emily works with clients from a diverse set of backgrounds, including women and men of all ages who are CEOs, entrepreneurs, parents, managers, students, thought leaders, and more.

The one element all of Emily’s clients have in common is a yearning for more aligned success, health, connection, fulfillment, and impact in their lives. Emily is a firm believer that everyone is capable of achieving their goals and that making a difference begins and ends with you.

In her former career as a professional cyclist and elite athlete, Emily was a two-time Union Cycliste Internationale GranFondo World Champion, both time trial and road race). She was a Canadian Masters National Time Trial Champion, and 70.3 Ironman world qualifier.

Along with her success in cycling and triathlon, came more than a few hardships. Emily was involved in two very serious cycling crashes where she was struck by vehicles, resulting in multiple broken bones, a brain injury, and extensive soft tissue damage.

These life-altering events made Emily a stronger, more resilient, more grounded, and more grateful athlete and person.

She has taken a step back from racing at the professional level to pursue all the things that truly bring her joy. While life continues to have its twists and turns, Emily’s more committed than ever to pursuing her dreams and helping those around her realize that their dreams are not just possible, but achievable.

When she’s not working with clients, Emily co-hosts The Boiling Point podcast with Dave Veale, shares her story as a public speaker, trains for and participates in endurance sports, and hones her fly fishing skills

Joy is not found in everything going your way, more trophies, or the picture-perfect life.
Instead joy is found when we stop chasing that circumstantial happiness and set our minds on something greater.
