Danae brings over 20 years of experience in progressive people practices, leadership development, organizational culture design and executive coaching. Prior to starting her own company, Thinking Partners, she worked as a Vice President of People Development with Intrawest Corporation, a world leader in resort operations and real estate development with 25,000 employees and volunteers worldwide.
She has coached over 300 professionals from the public and private sectors, including over 50 executive coaching clients in the past 5 years, and has created customized workshops that produce sustainable, quantifiable results for organizations to improve performance and grow leadership capacity.
Her recent publications include A World Book of Values (co-author) and a case study on culture change, “A Values-Based Culture Takes One Company from Good to Great” (co-author, HR Voice). She is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC), a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
