He co-wrote and co-delivered the Creating Coaching Cultures course, part of the advanced coaching practices graduate certificate program at Royal Roads University. Bruce has delivered coach training to hundreds of leaders across Canada.

Dr. Bill Howatt, PhD, EdD
HR Expert, Chief Learning Officer

Dr. Bill Howatt, who has been teaching the leadership program in the corporate world for the past 12 years, has over 16 years experience teaching at NSCC having first developed the Human Service Counseling and Addictions Programs. He was part-time faculty at Mount Saint Vincent University at the School of Education for two years and developed an 18 course Leadership Program at the University of New Brunswick. Bill is a professional speaker who has delivered several keynote speeches. He is the developer of the Globe & Mail’s Your Life at Work, a regular column that teaches and promotes coping skills at work.
