When Colúm Connolly stepped into leadership coaching, he was carrying a bold ambition he hadn’t shared widely – a private stretch goal to double his company’s revenue in a single year. It felt, even to him, like a long shot. But coaching helped him turn that ambition into a real outcome by creating clarity, discipline and accountability around every step.

Anne brings more than 20 years of experience guiding seasoned leaders and executive teams through complexity, strategic transitions and cultural transformation.  Her work spans continents – Canada, the United States, Europe, South America and India – and industries from energy and aerospace to finance, pharma and beyond.

That search is what ultimately led me to Vision Coaching. The sense of belonging I found here has been grounding. It has given me purpose, momentum and, honestly, a feeling I hadn’t had in a long time: that I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.
