Kelley is an internationally credentialled leadership coach and an accomplished facilitator who works with emerging leaders, teams and C-Suite executives across a wide-variety of sectors.
With both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in sociology, Kelley’s education and experience allows her to recognize both individual and institutional barriers to success that often stall progress towards achieving goals and solving complex challenges.
Kelley is committed to an evidence-based approach to attain sustainable, long-term results and strictly follows ethical and digital practice guidelines outlined by the International Coaching Federation.
With more than 2,000 hours of professional coaching experience, Kelley has served as a leadership coach at the largest non-profit health care institution in Texas, has coached and delivered coaching skills training to international sales directors and managers at a Fortune 500 technology corporation, and has delivered resilience coaching and training with social service providers and non-profit leaders.
Before becoming a coach more than a decade ago, Kelley worked in a variety of professional settings, supervising teams in the technology sector early in her career and later spearheading community partnerships between local government and non-profit stakeholders..
In these roles, she has been able to deliver measurable results through her ability to communicate effectively, ask challenging questions, and recognize often-overlooked barriers to progress.
Kelley is a Certified Positive Psychology Coach, ACE Certified Coach®, Resilience Certified Coach, and Red Team Thinking practitioner, a Professional Credentialled Coach member of the International Coaching Federation and a Fellow of the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital at Harvard.
She is certified as an Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner, a Positive Neuroplasticity Trainer and completed graduate coursework in Adult Learning and Adult Development.
She is also certified in Multi Health Systems EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence Suite of Assessments and is a Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness Trainer. Kelley published her first Organizational White Paper titled, An Authoritative Report on Leadership Coaching in Nonprofits.
She is Past-President of the International Coaching Federation-Greater Austin Chapter. Kelley is a committed team member for a new leadership coaching pilot at the University of Texas at Austin that continues to demonstrate measurable results for students.
