For Marilyn, executive coaching is a natural extension of her formal education and people-focused career.
In addition to being a highly experienced and talented coach, Marilyn serves as Coaching Services Manager for Vision.
She has studied Psychology, Counselling and Executive Coaching. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto in 1988, and her Masters of Arts in Counselling in 2003 from Providence Seminary in Manitoba.
She studied coaching, obtaining a graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (CEC) from Royal Roads University in Victoria, B.C. in 2006.
As well as being a leadership and mentor coach, Marilyn is also a training partner on EQ-i 2.0 with Multi-Health Systems Inc. Supporting the growth of emotional intelligence in clients and coaches is both a strength and passion for her.
She holds her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation with the International Coach Federation (ICF). She started what is now the ICF Atlantic Canada Chapter, and recently completed a two-year presidency of the ICF Charter Chapter of Greater Austin, Texas.
For the past two decades, Marilyn has supported the growth and transformation of thousands of individuals and a large number of organizations across Canada and the United States.
Marilyn views executive coaching as an extension of the values to which she is deeply committed. Through her work with Vision, Marilyn is committed to working with clients on their own unique path to success.
As a highly intuitive extrovert, she brings a lightness and freedom to the work she does with clients. When you work with Marilyn, she will be fully present during your session, emotionally and cognitively. You will feel both supported and challenged.

Entrepreneurship is also part of Marilyn’s DNA. She recently sold a sustainable wellness and event centre that she and her husband built from the ground up in the Texas Hill Country.
