For Marilyn, Executive Coaching is a natural extension of her formal education and people-focused career.
She has studied Psychology, Counselling and Executive Coaching. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto in 1988, and her Masters of Arts in Counselling in 2003 from Providence Seminary in Manitoba. Most recently, she completed her graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (CEC) from Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC.
As well as being a leadership and mentor coach, Marilyn is also a training partner on EQ-i 2.0 with Multi-Health Systems Inc. She holds her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation with the International Coach Federation (ICF). She started what is now the ICF Atlantic Canada Chapter, and recently completed a two-year Presidency of the ICF Charter Chapter of Greater Austin, Texas.
For the past 15 years, Marilyn has supported the growth and transformation of thousands of individuals and a large number of organizations across Canada and the United States. Marilyn views executive coaching as an extension of the values to which she is deeply committed. Through her work with Vision, Marilyn is committed to working with clients on their own unique path to success.
As a highly intuitive extrovert, she brings a lightness and freedom to the work she does with clients. Engaging her strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to think big, Marilyn and partner Bill are pursuing their shared dream with new venture The Cedars Ranch, an eco-conscious wedding venue and wellness retreat in the Texas Hill Country.
