Mary Ellen Veale has worked in the education sector in New Brunswick for more than 20 years. She has her B.A and B.Ed and has worked with all levels of learners in a variety of roles. Her executive coaching training is with the International Coach Federation-credentialed Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching program at Royal Roads University.
As a mother of three, she has spent over half of that time combining her passion for family with her role in education and working – in different capacities – at Vision Coaching, which she founded with her husband Dave Veale in 2005.
Today, she serves as both a coach and as Coaching Services Coordinator for Vision Coaching.
Mary Ellen is passionate about continuous learning and goal setting, recognizing the multiple skills and abilities present in all of us. She also excels at supporting individuals in clarifying goals and achieving their full potential. She believes in coaching the individual, not the situation, and coming from a place of kindness to ask powerful questions.
As a lifelong learner, she believes that there is no one set direction for any of us and there is always an opportunity to shift perspective and create our own best reality.
Her clients would credit a combination of intuition, empathy, clarity and curiosity in her partnership with them to allow for the perspective shift, which brings about new thinking as well as powerful success.
