We all deserve to work for inspiring leaders.
Fueled by this belief, Diane has been coaching leaders, entrepreneurs and individuals across the public, private and non-profit sectors since 2011.
She has a passion for inspiring people and organizations to tap into their full potential to do meaningful work in the world.
Prior to coaching, Diane was an accomplished leader and successful revenue development professional, thriving in high profile, results-oriented roles her entire career.
While demonstrating her leadership skills at the 1999 Pan American Games, the University of Victoria and as a member of the executive team at the Royal BC Museum, Diane was responsible for raising over $40 million dollars to advance the mission of these organizations.
After working with a leadership coach in 2009, she made significant strides toward creating the life and the career that meets her personal and professional goals. As a result, Diane pursued the graduate level Certified Executive Coach program at Royal Roads University and found her true professional niche; supporting others to achieve their goals in the role of Coach.
Diane’s coaching style is often described as positive and supportive, with an edge of challenge and stretch to help her clients see possibilities that they do not currently see for themselves. She is committed to the idea of developing inspiring leaders and spends a good portion of her business dedicated to teaching leaders and managers how to use a coach-approach to inspire their teams.
In addition to the CEC credential, Diane is a certified SDI (Strengths Deployment Inventory) Relationship Awareness facilitator, a licensed Coaching Out of the Box™ trainer and one of the first Canadian coaches certified to deliver Conversational Intelligence ® to leaders and teams.
She is an accredited coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation and continues to invest in her professional growth through coaching and personal development opportunities.
