Questions We’re Asked
How long does coaching take? It depends on your goals. Most engagements run six months, but some leaders continue longer for ongoing support. You get regular sessions plus access to your coach when you need it. We'll talk through what makes sense for you.
How do you match coaches with clients? Fit matters. We start with a conversation to understand your goals and challenges, then recommend coaches who have relevant experience. You'll have an introductory call before committing to make sure it's the right match.
Is this coaching or consulting? It’s primarily coaching, with consulting support where it’s useful. The core of the work is helping you think more clearly, make better decisions, and navigate real situations in real time. When context, experience, or structure will help move things forward, we bring that in. The focus is always on clarity and action, not theory or templates.
What kind of results can we expect? That depends on what you're working on. Our clients have doubled revenue, turned around struggling cultures, found confidence they didn't know they had, and built teams that actually function. We measure progress throughout so you can see what's changing.
