Anne Choquette

PCC, ACEC

Anne Choquette began her coaching journey in 2004, drawn to the work of helping leaders see what they couldn't see on their own.

For five years, she built her practice one client at a time, developing her craft and deepening her understanding of what makes leaders effective. Then in 2009, something unexpected happened.

Astrophysicist Charles Pellerin, author of How NASA Builds Teams, recruited her to join his select team of 4-D coaches working with NASA professionals, scientists, and managers.

That opportunity changed everything. It launched her international practice.

Since then, Anne has coached leaders and teams across Canada, the United States, Europe, South and Central America, India, and China. She's worked in industries as varied as energy, aerospace, engineering, food, finance, consulting, and entertainment.

Fluent in both French and English, she brings a global perspective shaped by continuous learning and genuine curiosity about how leaders navigate complex challenges in different cultures and contexts.

What sets Anne apart is how her practice has grown – entirely through word-of-mouth. Many of her client relationships span over a decade, some dating back to 2009. That kind of longevity speaks to something important: her clients trust her.

They trust her to tell them the truth, even when it's uncomfortable. They trust that her feedback comes from a place of genuine care. And they trust that she sees their potential, even when they can't see it themselves.

As a Certified Systemic Team Coach, Anne specializes in leadership transitions, team performance, and helping leaders align and strengthen their teams through periods of change.

Whether you're stepping into a new role, reshaping your team, or navigating a cultural transformation, Anne creates the space you need to think clearly, challenge your assumptions, and move forward with confidence.

Her coaching philosophy is simple: you already have what it takes to succeed. Her role is to help you see your blind spots, refine your behaviors, and lead with all your stakeholders in mind.

Anne holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, is a Master Corporate Executive Coach (MCEC), is a Certified Coach Supervisor, and completed her Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change from HEC Paris.
