Mandy Burke Evans joins Vision Coaching roster

Vision Coaching is delighted to welcome Mandy Burke Evans, an executive coach whose wide-ranging practice is driven by a deep curiosity about how people think, grow and change.

A Professional Certified Coach with more than 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, executive and community builder, Mandy brings business insight, empathy and an instinct for helping people see new possibilities.

Her work spans executive and leadership development, organizational development, career and workforce development, and entrepreneurship.

She first experienced coaching’s transformative potential while working with a woman at a learning centre for adults who dreamed of meeting lifelong idol singer and entertainer Donny Osmond – but had never travelled and simply didn’t believe it was possible.

Mandy challenged that assumption: Why couldn’t she?

With Mandy’s encouragement and support, the woman pursued that seemingly improbable dream – eventually travelling to see Osmond in Las Vegas and meeting him personally. 

The experience left Mandy fascinated by what could happen when someone was challenged to see possibilities beyond the limits they had placed on themselves.

“I have so much respect and admiration for coaching and the impact it has,” Mandy says. “I feel like every individual should have a trusted partner that they can work with to grow and evolve.” 

Mandy trained through Essential Impact and earned her Associate Certified Coach designation before pursuing her Professional Certified Coaching credential. 

Along the way, beloved late Vision coach Bruce McLeod became her mentor – encouraging her both to pursue the higher credential and eventually join Vision. 

Her continuing curiosity led to advanced study of neuroscience and neurodiversity – including how coaching environments and approaches can be adapted for neurodiverse clients. 

Years after Bruce first planted the seed, Vision coach Marilyn Orr again encouraged Mandy to join the roster.

“Sometimes things are meant to be,” Mandy says. “It just wasn’t the right time before.”
