Accelerate Youth Leadership
Empowering young leaders through movement, mentorship and confidence-building
​Accelerate is a youth leadership program designed for girls and non-binary youth ages 12 to 15 – at a time when studies show confidence and self-worth can begin to decline. A collaboration between Vision Coaching and the KV Oasis Youth Centre, Accelerate helps young people rediscover their voices through movement, connection and interactive learning.
Accelerate is designed for girls and non-binary youth ages 12 to 15
​Over four to six sessions, participants explore leadership, communication, teamwork and self-confidence through a mix of engaging physical activities and dynamic group discussions. From yoga and boxing to storytelling and financial wellness, Accelerate creates a safe, inclusive space to try new things and and build important communication and relationship skills.
What Participants Learn

Why It Works
Accelerate has been delivered both in community settings and in partnership with schools. In-school versions have shown excellent engagement – including improved school attendance and positive behaviour changes. Feedback from students, parents and educators has been overwhelmingly positive.
