Mandy Burke Evans is an executive coach, leadership facilitator, and organizational development leader with more than 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, executive, and community builder.
Mandy's path into coaching began long before she formally trained as one. Building and leading multiple businesses while raising a young family taught her to navigate complexity with creativity and resilience.
Later, leading teams, mentoring emerging leaders, supporting entrepreneurs, and developing employment programs, she found herself drawn again and again to conversations that helped people think differently and recognize their own potential.
Nearly a decade ago, she pursued formal coach training to bring structure and evidence-based practice to an approach that had evolved naturally through years of leadership.
Watching clients shift how they saw themselves, approached challenges, and made decisions sparked a deeper curiosity about the science behind coaching – one that continues to shape her development today.
Mandy holds the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, the Certified Canadian Career Development Practitioner (CCDP) designation, and Certified Neuro-Transformational Coach (CNTC) certification, and continues learning in neuroscience-informed coaching, neurodiversity, adult learning, facilitation, and trauma-informed approaches.
She currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Human Development Council in Saint John, N.B.
Mandy believes every person is the subject matter expert in their own life and work. Her role as a coach isn't to provide answers, but to create space for clients to slow down, challenge assumptions, and discover solutions that are meaningful to them.
She understands both the human and operational sides of leadership, the pressures leaders face, the weight of decision-making, and the realities of leading people through change.
At the heart of Mandy's work is a belief that organizations thrive when people thrive, and that effective leadership begins within. She leads with curious humility, meeting people where they are and partnering with them to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
For Mandy, coaching is more than a profession; it's a lens for how she shows up and connects with people. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they discover what's possible.
