Executive and team coach Anne Choquette joins Vision Coaching roster

Vision Coaching is pleased to welcome Anne Choquette, an accomplished executive and team coach, to our coaching roster.

Anne brings more than 20 years of experience guiding seasoned leaders and executive teams through complexity, strategic transitions and cultural transformation. 

Her work spans continents – Canada, the United States, Europe, South America and India – and industries from energy and aerospace to finance, pharma and beyond.

Anne's career began in an unexpected place: teaching troubled youth who'd been out of school for years. 

"I really liked the rebels," she says. That early work shaped her understanding of human behaviour in all its complexity – insights she carried through roles in corporate communications, marketing and nine years in startups before discovering coaching in 2004.

"Coaching gave purpose to my resume," Anne says. "Everything I'd done – the wins and the setbacks – became useful. When clients are going through something difficult, I can relate and bring something meaningful to the conversation."

Her approach is both rigorous and deeply human. Anne specializes in team dynamics, transitional leadership and cultural change, always through a systemic lens. 

But it's her conviction that truly drives her work: "I cannot stand teams that suffer."

"I believe leaders make a big difference in the well-being of people," she says. "When I hear a team is suffering, my heart is right there. I want to help them find their way."

A Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, Anne holds a master's degree in coaching and consulting for change from HEC Paris, advanced training in systemic team coaching and is a Certified 4-D Systems consultant.

Fluently bilingual in French and English, Anne's clients stay with her – some for 10, 15, even 17 years.
