Jill Carroll joins Vision Coaching roster

Vision Coaching is pleased to welcome Jill Carroll, an executive coach and seasoned senior leader who brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the Canadian telecommunications sector.

Throughout her career, Jill led high-performing teams through complex change – from customer transformation and operational improvement to moments of intense organizational pressure, where expectations were high and the pace relentless. 

That lived experience shapes how she shows up as a coach today – grounded, practical and deeply attuned to the realities leaders face.

“I thought I was coaching for years,” Jill says. “But it wasn’t until I went through formal training that I really understood the power of creating space – asking thoughtful questions, listening deeply, and trusting people to find their own way forward.”

Jill is a graduate of the executive coaching program at Royal Roads University and holds the Associate Certified Coach designation from the International Coaching Federation, the global gold standard for professional coaching. She also holds degrees in education and arts.

Clients describe Jill as having a sharp business mind and a deep understanding of human nature. She is known for her natural curiosity – what she often calls her lifelong habit of “wondering” – and her ability to help leaders slow down, distill complexity into what truly matters, and co-create realistic, forward-looking paths through change.
