Executive coach Jonathan McCready joins Vision Coaching roster

Vision Coaching is delighted to welcome to our roster Jonathan McCready, an accomplished executive coach who helps leaders in high-stakes, people-first industries build trust, strengthen communication and thrive under pressure.

Jonathan works with executives and teams in sectors such as long-term care, health care, hospitality, construction and engineering. A Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, he draws on advanced training in leadership, relationship systems and mindfulness to help clients build trust, clarity and resilience.

“My background in travel and customer service taught me early on the power of trust,” Jonathan says. “When a client feels heard and supported, amazing things happen. Coaching takes that same principle and applies it to leadership – helping people build stronger relationships and navigate complexity with confidence.”

Jonathan began his career leading a family travel business, where he discovered his gift for solving problems and creating remarkable client experiences. His curiosity about human behaviour and performance ultimately led him to coaching, which he describes as “moving from facilitating outer journeys to facilitating inner journeys.”

Over the past decade, he has worked with leaders across Canada to develop resilience, adaptability, strategic self-awareness and systems intelligence – helping organizations identify “who’s ready now and who’s ready next.” 

He also helps teams reduce social friction and lower communication barriers so they can get more done. His approach blends insights from neuroscience, relationship-systems coaching and practical leadership models such as 4-D Systems.
