Award-winning entrepreneur joins Vision Coaching

Vision Coaching is delighted to welcome Crystal Trevors, an accomplished entrepreneur, executive coach and strategic advisor, to our coaching roster.
Crystal brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across science, innovation and business.
She is the Founder and CEO of Stepscan Technologies, a health technology company recognized nationally for its innovative gait and balance assessment solutions.
Her entrepreneurial success earned her the Trailblazer of the Year Award from the CANHealth Network in 2023, among other accolades.
Yet it was through personal experience that Crystal found her true calling in coaching. When COVID-19 forced her company to temporarily close its doors, she was also navigating profound challenges in her personal life.
Sparked reflection
The disruption sparked a period of reflection and ultimately led her to pursue certification through an International Coaching Federation-accredited program.
"I discovered that coaching offers me a unique sense of fulfillment," Crystal says. "Even on difficult days, I finish a coaching session completely energized. Coaching, to me, is the art of purposeful conversation – helping people uncover what they already know and supporting them to act on it.”
Her coaching has supported leaders who feel stuck – whether in businesses that no longer inspire them or in careers that drain rather than fulfill.
Her approach blends sharp business acumen with transformational coaching practices, helping leaders uncover new perspectives and move forward with confidence.
