Entrepreneur and leadership coach Peter Stoddart takes on a new role as COO at Vision Coaching amid the company's continued growth.

Peter Stoddart, a respected leadership coach with a long history in entrepreneurship and operations, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of Vision Coaching.

In this new leadership role, Pete will help Vision realize its bold ambitions for growth – supporting our growing roster of coaches, scaling our services, and expanding our reach into new markets.

“When I first started Vision Coaching 20 years ago, I knew that assembling the right people would be the difference between building a good business and building a business that would endure,” says Dave Veale, Founder & CEO of Vision Coaching.

“Pete is one of those people. He brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial savvy, leadership coaching experience, and operational horsepower – all grounded in a deep alignment with our values. I couldn’t be more excited to have him take on this role.”

Pete joined Vision Coaching in 2023 after earning his executive coaching certification from Royal Roads University. Known in the business community for his two decades leading the Saint John Ale House Group and other ventures, he quickly made an impression as a coach – connecting with clients through authenticity, energy, and a passion for helping others succeed.

'Incredibly excited' “I’ve been fortunate to wear a lot of hats over the years – entrepreneur, consultant, coach – but this feels like a culmination of all of it,” Pete says. “To step into a role where I can use my skills to support a company I truly believe in, and help bring coaching to more people and more organizations, is something I’m incredibly excited about.”

Pete will work closely with Dave and the rest of the leadership and support team to drive the next phase of Vision’s growth – including enhancing operational systems, fostering the expansion of Using the Coach Approach™, and supporting the growth of Vision Coaching.

“We’re not interested in growing for the sake of growth,” Dave adds. “We want to deepen our impact, support more leaders, and to help propel organizations to the next level. Pete is absolutely the right person to help lead that charge.”
