Giving feedback is one of the most important things a leader can do. It is also one of the things leaders most consistently avoid.


Vision Coaching has a new answer to that.


Using the Coach Approach™ to Feedback is a brand new half-day module designed for leaders, managers and HR professionals who want to get better at one of leadership's most consequential skills.


It can be taken as a stand-alone workshop or as a follow-up to our full Using the Coach Approach™ program.


The three- to four-hour module, delivered in-person or virtually, is built around a simple but powerful idea: feedback doesn't have to be uncomfortable. It can be clear, it can be collaborative, and it can actually strengthen the relationships it touches. 


Participants work through both positive and developmental feedback, practise with real scenarios, and leave with a concrete action plan.


One of the core concepts is what Vision calls "edible" feedback – clear, digestible and actionable. Not feedback that lands like a verdict, but feedback that opens a conversation.
