Bringing Using the Coach Approach™ to francophone leaders

Seats are now open for the first French-language offering of Using the Coach Approach™ – and for Jules Michaud, it represents something much bigger than a single program.

Jules is leading the delivery of Vision Coaching’s proprietary leadership coaching skills program in French for the first time, with the inaugural cohort beginning May 21

It’s an important step in expanding access to francophone leaders – and early interest suggests seats will fill quickly.

A native of northern New Brunswick, Jules has built his executive coaching practice with a strong connection to francophone leaders.

“French and bilingual coaches are pretty rare in New Brunswick,” he says. “I always saw that as an opportunity to make a tangible contribution to my community.”

Now, he’s bringing that same lens to Using the Coach Approach™ – helping open the door for more leaders to experience it in their first language.

The momentum for this began last fall, when Jules delivered a distilled session to the Northwest branch of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of New Brunswick.

The setting was informal – a restaurant, conversations unfolding between courses – but the impact was anything but.

“We had a live coaching session right at the table,” Jules recalls. “People were leaning in, fully engaged. It was special.”

More than anything, the experience changed how he saw what was possible.

“I got out of it feeling energized,” he says. “I had fun. And I thought – this is something we can build on.”

That energy, combined with support and encouragement from across Vision, led to the translation of the full Using the Coach Approach™ program.

For Jules, it’s also personal.

“It’s pulling me out of my comfort zone,” he says. “That’s where the growth is.”

If you’re a francophone leader – or leading in a bilingual environment – now is the time to take part.

Register online before all seats are gone.

C’est seulement le début.
