Global recognition, years in the making

Every so often, a client's results make the case for coaching better than we ever could. 

This is one of those times.

WorkSafeNB, an Atlantic Canadian organization we've partnered with since 2019, has just been named one of only six organizations worldwide – and the only one from Canada – as a finalist for a global award recognizing organizations that have used coaching to transform how they lead.

The results explain why. The lowest workplace injury rate in the province's history. Employee engagement up 14 points above benchmark. More than $233 million returned to employers through unprecedented performance refunds. None of that happened by accident – it followed years of leaders choosing to invest in how they lead, not just what they deliver.

We're proud to have been part of that journey – from one-to-one executive coaching at the top, to team coaching among senior leaders, to coaching skills carried across the organization. 

It's the kind of long-term, embedded work our coaches do best, and it's a proud moment for the many talented Vision coaches who've supported WorkSafeNB's leaders along the way.

That said, the credit for the International Coaching Federation belongs first to WorkSafeNB – to President and CEO Tim Petersen, Vice-President of People and Culture Laragh Dooley and Organizational Development Specialist Deb Maber, who have championed coaching year after year, and to every leader across the organization who kept choosing to do the work.
