Pat brings decades of experience leading high-performing teams and shaping strategy at the highest levels.
Pat is an experienced business executive and certified executive coach. He partners with organizations and works with senior executives and emerging high-potential leaders to accelerate growth, achieve peak performance, and deliver results through coaching, leadership development and management consulting.
Before becoming an executive coach, Pat served as interim CEO at Hockey Canada as well as Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice-President of Strategy. He also served as Chief Executive Officer at Edge School near Calgary and earlier as Vice-President with the Edmonton Oilers of the National Hockey League.

Pat is a Certified Executive Coach, having obtained Graduate Certificate In Executive Coaching through Royal Roads University.
While studying both science and education at Mount Allison University, Pat was a student athlete with the Mount Allison Mounties for four seasons and earned a professional tryout with the Calgary Flames.
He has served on multiple boards locally and nationally, including the Hockey Hall of Fame and the Calgary Flames Saddledome Foundation.
