Resilience gets talked about like it’s something you either have or you don’t. I don’t think that’s true. In leadership – and in business – resilience isn’t a personality trait. It’s built in moments when you could reasonably decide you’re out.

That search is what ultimately led me to Vision Coaching. The sense of belonging I found here has been grounding. It has given me purpose, momentum and, honestly, a feeling I hadn’t had in a long time: that I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.
